Managing a class in a hybrid format (live and online) in which I've instructed over 50 students per semester. In the classroom, I develop the students in their public speaking, persuasive, critical thinking, and communication skills. These skills help the students no matter what career they choose to persue. I've also hosted webcasts and lead instruction for large lecture classes, which accomodate hundreds of students.

2012 - present
I work with students of various grade levels, both individually and in small groups, helping develop their reading and writing skills. I also help students grasp intricate concepts in subjects such as: Calculus, Trigonometry, Geometry, Biology, Chemistry, etc. I also prepare students for standardized exams such as STAAR and TAKS. Most importantly, I evaluate the progression rate of the students and communicate with the parents their development.

Facilitated multiple sections of Public Speaking, working with over 80 students of diverse abilities and from various majors and backgrounds. I was promoted from Graduate Assistant to Graduate Teaching Assistant following my first semester as an educator. I also worked during each of the summer sessions as a teaching assistant, researcher, and aide in technology.
